One has to read him to get the essence of celibacy, depth of Godliness, service to humanity, doing everything with one’s own hands including cleaning toilets, washing clothes, cooking and what-not he used to perform to the utter disgust of his wife. It’s voluminous and covers how he evolved during different stages of childhood, learning, schools and law in London. The book shows how adamant Gandhi was in pursuing his convictions to the hilt sans minding the repercussions they may inflict on his near and dear. Reviewing “My Experiments With Truth” is a very difficult task and is akin to showing candle light to the Sun! The language is so down to earth simple and the narration very absorbing. It’s been decades since I first read Mahatma Gandhi’s autobiography, so it was time for a revisit.

The book is divided between descriptions of the virus and the government's attempt to stop the imminent threat posed by it. The disease that results from the virus, called brainpox in the novel, has symptoms that mimic those of Lesch–Nyhan syndrome and the common cold. The perpetrator of the attack has genetically engineered a virus, called "Cobra", that fuses the incurable and highly contagious common cold with one of the world's most virulent diseases, smallpox. The Cobra Event is a 1998 thriller novel by Richard Preston describing an attempted bioterrorism attack on the United States. Two of the Spirit-Hunters, the Creole magician at its head and a de-sexed Chinese girl who disguises herself as a boy, are more stereotypes than fully realized characters, but there is room for them to grow in the sequel. The romance is less a triangle than a straight line, as readers will instantly spot Eleanor's best match, but that doesn't make it any less enjoyable. Mystery, romance, humor, action, a sure-fire setting: Dennard delivers.
